There is no other architectural style that is closer to my heart than modernist homes. Have you ever seen a home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright that you did not fall in love with?

And if you did not… Is there anything wrong with you? Just joking.

What  I did not know before moving to this state is that North Carolina has one of the largest concentration of modernist house in North America. Who new?!

These amazing creations influenced by the natural world that blend seamlessly with their surroundings, the craftsmanship and amazing technology are a wonder… Did you know that modernist homes are an endangered species though?

Age, time, ridiculously high prices combined with prolonged vacancies are just some of the factors that lead to their demise. Best way to preserve them? Own them and care for them.
